I have already mentioned my trip to Cancun, and this is one more recipe I brought back from there. This one is from the “Healthy Bar” near one of the pools, where we used to have a healthy lunch, to get rid of the guilt from the heavy diners! I wasn’t sure about the proportions so I did several tests before I got it right, and here they are below, just for you!

Ingredients for 2 large glasses:

  • 200 g to 300 g of fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 apple
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 8 to 10 iced cubes

Times:

  • Preparation: 10 mins
  • Cooking: none
  • Rest: none

1- Peel and cut the apple, the banana and the carrot into small bits. Wash and drain the spinach.

2- First put half of the spinach into the blender and mix, then add the rest and mix again.

3- Add the apple, the banana, the carrot and the lemon juice, and mix well again for a couple of minutes.

4- Finish by adding the iced cubes, give a last mix and it’s ready! 2 big glasses full of vitamins and energy!

    oui ça va mieux je te remercie. j’ai bien été malade à être couché tout le samedi chose qui est rare
    je n’ai jamais essayé lé smoothie aux épinards. ça doit être pas mauvais , j’adore les épinards.
