If I have one advice to give you: never go shopping on an empty stomach! Having said that, I didn’t do too bad this time, as I ended up with radishes instead of the “bad” stuff I usually am so tempted to buy when I am hungry. I usually don’t really like them, but now that I have them in my fridge, I am not going to throw them away. So I came up with a bit of a twisted recipe that would hide a little bit their bitter taste that I dislike.
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 1 apple
- 6 to 8 radishes
- 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chive
- Salt, pepper
Times:
- Preparation: 10 mins
- Cooking: none
- Rest: none
1- Wash the apple and the radishes. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters and remove the core. Then slice the pieces very finely. Slice also the radishes.
2- Put all the slices in a large bowl, add the crème fraiche, the chives, salt and pepper, and mix well.
